MINUTES: Meeting of Tuesday, January 17, 2012
CALL TO ORDER at 7:30 PM by Chairman Tom McElroy
ROLL CALL: Chairman Tom McElroy, Vice-Chairman Alan French, Jack Kozec,
Alternate Ken Pelletier
Absent: Dana Allison, Bradley Cardoso, & Alternate Matt Burrill
Mr. Pelletier was made a voting member in the absence of Mr. Allison.
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
Meeting of December 20, 2011. A motion was made by Mr. Kozec to accept the minutes as written. Second by Mr. Pelletier. All in favor. Motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Discussion of NH Planning and Land Use Regulations and Town regulations
- Discussion of the possible use of the old Police building once the move has been made…
- There are 2 possible Public Hearings for next month…
OLD BUSINESS:
- Chairman McElroy informed everyone that he had completed and turned in the Town Report materials.
- Discussion of the reduction of budget request
ADJOURNMENT: A motion was made at 7:55 PM by Mr. Kozec to adjourn. Second by Mr.Pelletier. All in favor! Motion carries.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 7:30 PM.
