Attending were Pauline Morse-Secretary, Scott Bradstreet-Vice Chairman, Jim Malkemes-Treasurer, Andrew Morse-Chairman & Theresa Morse
1. Election of Officers: No changes made 2nd and So Voted
2. Memorial Day Parade discussed
3. New Equipment to be invest aged and purchased
4. Call Comcast to see if the box outside of Town Hall is still being used
5. May 15 is the next scheduled meeting
