Unscheduled Public Meeting
Attending were:
Trisha McCarthy, Peter Mears, Pat Wonson, Nancy Slombo, Alicia Raddatz
Trisha McCarthy called the meeting to order at 6:05 pm

Land Acquisition:
-Alicia made a motion to make an offer of $25,000.00 and increase the offer to $28,000.00 if needed to purchase a parcel of land from the Pinkerton Farm.
Ten plus acres with a ten-foot by 800 foot strip of land bordering Old Lower Road, allowing access to back conservation land.
Peter Seconded.
Trisha abstained
Alicia, Nancy, Pat and Peter voted All in Favor.
*Pat Wonson had now left the meeting.
-Trisha made a motion to contact the owner of the Quaker Road property, tax map 6 Block 6, to purchase 13.85 acres of land that abuts a parcel of town owned property.
