PUBLIC HEARING
NEWTON PLANNING BOARD
DECEMBER 27, 2007
Pursuant to NH RSA 676:4, I (d), notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Newton Planning Board on December 27, 2007 beginning at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall, Newton, New Hampshire. The purpose of the meeting is the following:
In accordance with RSA 674:16, 674:21, 675:3, 675:4, AND 675:7, the Newton Planning Board will hold public hearings on amendments to the Town Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the following:
1. Amend Elderly Housing Ordinance (by citizen’s petition)
2. Change the zoning of parcel noted as map 000006 lot 000005 (by citizen’s petition)
3. Adopt New Building Codes
4. Adopt code regarding hot water
5. Amend General Provisions Ordinance paragraphs 1 and 4
6. Amend Accessory Apartments Ordinance
The full text of the proposed amendments is on file for public inspection at the Town Hall, Gale Library, and on the Town website www.netwon-nh.gov.
The public is encouraged to attend.
