SELECTMEN’S MEETING
February 20, 2007
Chairman Nelson opened the meeting at 6:35pm. In attendance were Chairman Gary F. Nelson, Selectman John P. Ulcickas, Selectman Robert S. Donovan, Jr., Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley and Office Manager Mary B. Winglass.
Chairman Nelson motioned to go into non-public under RSA 91-A:3 II (c) – MRI report and a resident complaint. Second by Selectman Donovan. Roll Call Vote: Chairman Nelson – yes, Selectman Ulcickas – yes, Selectman Donovan – yes. Vote: Unanimous.
Selectman Ulcickas motioned to close the non-public session at 8:16pm. Second by Selectman Donovan. Per unanimous roll call vote, the minutes of the meeting will remain confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the members, the circumstances no longer apply.
Chairman Nelson closed the meeting at 8:16pm.
