Filing Period for Town Office - January 24th - February 2nd- Town Clerks Office (School candidates file at the SAU)
TOWN MEETING FIRST SESSION – Deliberative Session - FEBRUARY 3 (snow date February 10th) - 9:00 am Town Hall and zoom
School Deliberative Session - February 7th - 7:00 pm SRHS Auditorium
Last day to register to vote before Town Election Day with Supervisors of the Checklist - MARCH 2nd. 11:00 - 11:30 am.
- You are required to provide Identification, proof of domicile (residence), US citizenship, and your age.
- Domicile: NH Driver's License with the correct address or Utility bill
- Citizenship: A NH Driver's License, even one with a star on it, unfortunately, does not prove citizenship. The best documents to bring to prove citizenship are a Passport or Birth Certificate.
- Your Age: NH Driver's License or Passport or Birth Certificate
- There are affidavits that may be signed if you don't possess any of the above listed documents.
- Town Meeting Second Session – Voting - March 12th Newton Safety Complex 8 Merrimac Rd 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
- STATE PRIMARY - September 10th Last day to change party affiliation TBA
- GENERAL ELECTION - November 5th
