Free Books & Cd’s! Our amazing library Friends are giving away free books and CD’s! We put them out front as often as we can when the weather is fine... Come on over and see what's on offer!
Gale Library – Open for Appointments! Limited in-library appointments are available. Curbside service will continue. Appointments will be scheduled in advance by phone (382-4691) for the days of Monday and Wednesday during the hours of 11:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. One patron or one with an additional family member will be scheduled at a time.
Returned library materials continue to be placed in the book return book on the front porch. Materials will continue to be quarantined for 72 hours and sanitized before returning to the collection. The computers, copier, fax and restroom are not available at this time.
Please remember… Masks are required unless a medical condition prevents you from wearing one. Take your temperature at home and attest to normal temperature and no symptoms of COVID-19 to staff when you make your appointment. Please respect the 6-ft. social distancing guidelines and use hand sanitizer when you enter and leave the building. We look forward to seeing you at the Library!
Wowbrary… What’s that? Have you been wondering what the Wowbrary is? Well, wonder no longer and let us fill you in! The Wowbrary is a private weekly newsletter that tells you all about what’s going on at your library. You are able to see new releases, reserve items online, enjoy early notifications, see what programs are going on and keep up to date with library happenings! All you need to do to sign up is email us and let us know, or visit wowbrary.org.

Summer Reading Program Sign Up Begins June 14th... Tails & Tales! We are so excited to be hosting an array of virtual and live events to keep you motivated and having fun this summer. We’ll enjoy Drive In Story Time, Zoom Programs, YouTube Crafts and Videos, and Teens at the Town Hall. Craft Kits and Program supplies will also be available for pick up once you are registered for your chosen events. Sign up begins on June 14th... save the date and give us a call! IT’S GOING TO BE AN ANIMAL-TASTIC SUMMER!
Tuesday's at 10am: Preschool Story Time 'Drive In' style! Join us in person every Tuesday at 10am for preschool story time! Call us to sign up, drive in and reverse into an allocated space, sit in your trunk and enjoy story time! Ms. Hayley will read a collection of stories, sing some songs and we'll even have our themed craft kits ready for outdoor pick up! Don't forget to check out our story time craft videos on Facebook and our YouTube channel!
Mondays, at 4:00 p.m: Teen Read Aloud! Join us live on Facebook every Monday at 4 p.m for our read aloud of the amazing fiction title Fablehaven, written by Brandon Mull! Don’t worry… If you’ve missed the first few chapters you can visit our YouTube page to catch up!
Spring Scavenger Hunt! Can you find all of the items in our new Spring Scavenger Hunt? Stop by the library front door and pick up a scavenger hunt and pencil.
