Mindfulness For Challenging Times – Wednesday, April 21 at 12:00 p.m.

Liz Korabek-Emerson of Korabek Training will present an Introduction to Mindfulness: What it is, how to do it and how it can help right now . The workshop is scheduled for 1.5 hours and will focus on the practical applications of mindfulness that can help meet this moment.

Included will be a short talk and an opportunity to practice together with discussion time. No experience is necessary, everyone is welcome!
