Successful Summer of Reading at the Gale Library, Newton

Congratulations to all for a wonderful, successful summer of reading! The program is coming to a close but you can still complete your reading logs, collect your certificates and prizes for reading goals and weekly winners.

There are still a few programs and activities scheduled, too.

Learn to Play a Harmonica with Mike and Bev at our Harmonica Workshop on Wednesday, August 15 at 2 PM for anyone from age 8 to adult. Learn a song, some techniques and keep the harmonica to practice and enjoy more music at home. Each student receives a harmonica.  The workshop teaches simple songs and basic techniques. Sign up needed to insure we have enough harmonicas.

Topsfield Fair Reading Incentive goals need to be reached by August 11. If you signed up to receive this great reading prize from the Topsfield Fair, make sure your reading log is all set.
