Out of an abundance of caution and in recognition of the declaration of emergency by both President Trump and Governor Sununu, the Board of Selectman will be making adjustments to their upcoming meetings.
The Board will be postponing some agenda items to a future date and focusing only on the most essential and time sensitive items. As always all agendas will be posted on the Town Website.
Recent emergency measures taken by the State and Federal government strongly encourage people not to gather in groups. As such, residents are asked to watch the meetings at home on Channel 20 Comcast and not attend in person. Please call the Selectmen’s office at 603-382-4405 Option 5 or email us if you have any questions.
The Board is working closely with the Emergency Management Director, State Officials and key town officials to monitor the situation as it develops and respond accordingly.
We continue to encourage staff and residents to stay home if they feel sick and to follow recommended hygiene practices. Making sure everyone is safe and healthy is our top priority.
