2016 DRAFT Stewardship Committee Minutes
The meeting was called to order at 8:11am by Mary Marshall. Mike Seekamp. Ted Pekalsky, Lynn Pekalsky and Barbara DiBartolomeo were present.
Barbara DiBartolomeo made a motion to accept the minutes of the meeting of November 12, 2015 and Mike Seekamp seconded the motion; passed unanimously.
A motion was made and seconded keep the officers from 2015 with Lynn as secretary. Barbara cast a vote to accept the motion.
The site walk on October 15, 2016 was attended by Mike Seekamp, Barbara Di Bartolomeo, Ted Pekalsky and Lynn Pekalsky. Mike and Barbara walked the east boundaries; Ted and Lynn walked the west boundaries. There were no issues to be reported.
Mary Marshall and Barbara DiBartolomeo conducted the land owner interview on October 29, 2016 and did the farmstead site walk. Ed Batchelor plans to spread the large pile of manure on the hay field. He put a new roof on the equipment shed.
The 2917 schedule will be as stated in the by-laws: The site walk on the 3rd Saturday in October and the meeting on the 1st Thursday in November.
The LCHIP annual report was reviewed and completed.
A motion to adjourn was made by Lynn Pekalsky.
