Mindfulness Workshop

Wednesday, October 18 at 6:30 p.m.

Liz Korabek-Emerson is a certified mindfulness instructor, transformational workshop leader, and creative coach.

(Liz will teach us how to be in the present moment and settle our racing minds and busy lives.)

The Practices that Grow the Brain Library Series

Since 2012, Liz has designed and facilitated mindfulness programs for individuals and organizations including Beacon Hospice, Liberty Mutual, Portsmouth Hospital and Riverwoods Retirement Community.

Dedicated to helping you become more resilient.

Everyone is welcome!

 

Knitting sessions are held each Friday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Stop by and meet with fellow crafters and enjoy a pleasant afternoon with friendly conversations.  Instruction will be provided for those who would like to learn how to begin a project.

 

Weekly Cribbage Games are held each Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m.
