Memorial Day Parade

Last year's rolling Memorial Day Parade was such a success, we will be doing it again on May 31, 2021. Vehicles from the Police, Fire and Highway Departments, as well as classic cars and motorcycles, will participate. The Town encourages organizations to participate with vehicles decorated with appropriate flags and banners.

The slow-moving parade will start rolling at 9:30 a.m. from the Safety Complex at 8 Merrimac Road. Partipants are asked to be at the staging area by 9 a.m. The parade will roll through many of the major roads in Town (see map). It will end at the Whittier Street Cemetery (Willow Grove) at 10:30 a.m. where a short honors ceremony will be held.

Participants and observers are asked to respect social distancing and wear masks when social distancing is not possible.
