Attention Boaters!

Lake Host Inspectors will begin conducting courtesy boat inspections through the NH Lakes Association at the Newton boat ramp this weekend to help us protect Country Pond from aquatic invasive species. Invasive plants and animals can degrade the health of our lakes and make them dangerous to recreate in. They are difficult and expensive to manage and almost impossible to get rid of.

Lake Host Inspectors will be providing boaters with courtesy information about state and local laws, rules and ordinances for this important community service to prevent the spread of invasive species.
